Perry Charlton (he/they) is the Co-Founder and CEO of Omni Inclusive, a pioneering national provider of workforce management solutions dedicated to inclusivity and sustainability. For over 20 years, Perry’s award-winning expertise has been instrumental in crafting holistic talent strategies for large-scale enterprises while fervently breaking down barriers to education and employment within the LGBTQIA2S+ community. As an Air Force Veteran, Perry brings a unique blend of discipline and innovation to the staffing industry. Their academic pursuits have led them to earn a bachelor’s in HR Management and a master’s in Psychology, specializing in Gender and Sexual Fluidity, and he is currently on the path toward his Ph.D. Launched in 2021, Omni Inclusive is a certified LGBTBE, SDVBE, DOBE, Carbon Neutral, and ISO company.
