We champion inclusivity and leadership development, providing resources that uplift our community and drive meaningful, sustainable impact.

Small Business Growth and Entrepreneurship: Building a successful business takes more than a great idea. It takes knowledge, resources, relationships, and sometimes a little help navigating unexpected challenges. The Foundation supports business education, professional development, mentorship, and resources that help LGBTQ+ and Allied entrepreneurs start, sustain, adapt, and grow their businesses. We are particularly committed to expanding access to opportunities for entrepreneurs throughout Minnesota, including those who may face additional barriers to business success.

Education and Leadership Development:  Strong communities need strong leaders. We invest in educational opportunities, career development, and practical learning experiences that help individuals develop their skills, expand their professional networks, and prepare for new opportunities. By supporting emerging and established leaders, we help build a more connected, capable, and resilient LGBTQ+ and Allied workforce.

Scholarships for Future Leaders:  Education can transform a life—and the impact of that transformation reaches families, workplaces, businesses, and entire communities. The Quorum Foundation supports scholarships that recognize the promise, determination, and potential of students pursuing their educational and professional goals. 

• Quorum Scholarship: Supports an LGBTQ+ student with an entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to strengthening the LGBTQ+ and Allied business community.
• Beverly Cory Women in Business Scholarship: Supports a female-identified student pursuing education in a business-related field.
• Lee Roehl Scholarship: Supports a student pursuing education in mathematics or accounting.
